Koh Li Pe.. Β I am beach bum!! πŸ˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜πŸ˜Š

2017 shows me that I am really like to go everywhere I wanted to go!

After came back from Bangkok, the desire to go travel was really strong! πŸ˜“

Actually, planning to go to Koh Li Pe, Thailand has been discussed since late 2016. Its all started on one good night when I was really in the mood to google and explore what they have in Koh Lipe.  And woke up on the next day, i saw my fren’s posted her pics about her trip in Koh Lipe!! OMG!! I was like amazed. Seriously social media bring alots of influence in your life.. Sigh.. Be strong Nini!! πŸ˜“πŸ˜“ Yesterday night i was stalking about Koh Lipe.. Then i decided to gather the information and discussed with my frens.. Hihi..

The initial plan is, we wanted to have a road trip to Koh Lipe..Driving all the way to Satun, Thailand and then taking the ferry from Pak Barra Jetty..  But then the plan have to change since my car was not in a good condition.

So we change the plan, taking a flight to Langkawi, and then ferry from Telaga Harbour Jetty, Langkawi.  We are lucky enough to get the plane airfare with a good price 😁 *smiling*.  The ferry cost us RM230 return from Telaga Harbour Jetty, Langkawi to Koh Li Pe with almost 1 hour 30 mins journey.

The name quite similar but unfortunately totally different. That Uber guy dropped us right in front of the night market. The name is Talad Neon. I found here very easy to find halal food. One of the things that i like about Thailand is, halal food is easy to find. We have no issue regarding food. If you go to the 7/11, there are quite a lot packaging food with halal logo.

Stall sellinG mango sticky rice

Arrived at the hotel, we had the Mango Sticky Rice and Fried Chicken that we bought at the cafeteria.

Day 1  Was awesome. We woke up not really early on the 2nd day staying in #KhaoSanHoliday.  Just nice.. Haha Weather are really during our journey towards us.. Not too hot nor too gloomy 😊…

We walked through the Khao San Road by using Google Maps in our mobile phone πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.. We don’t know the place yet the only thing i get to know is thru social media is its name.  AESAH ROTDEE… A Muslim restaurant serving Halal food in the middle of Khao San Road πŸ‘. Thanks to the #instafamous for sharing the information in their instagram. Looks how we maximize the function of social media 😊😊

This is what we had.. Yummehhhhh πŸ‘πŸ‘

Done eating, we continue the journey thru the road. We headed the junction and can see the seller are getting ready to open their stalls by the road side. I noticed they are selling a lots of dress and blouses which is black and white theme in color. I believed they are all still mourn due to the death of the Thai King..

We walked and find a stall selling fresh fruit juice..i can see fruit juice are easy to find here in Thailand.  My fren got hers.

Nyamannnnn 😘😘

We walked again. Yes our plan for today is walking. Exploring Bangkok by walking on the roadπŸ˜‚.

However, i told to my buddy that i wanted to try Tuk Tuk. So then we were planning to go to the nearest journey so that we wont pay much money πŸ˜‰. We told to the Tuk Tuk driver we wanted to go to the park.. Arghhh i forgot the name already. We knew the place by checking it up on the board below.

A very good for tourist information πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

We got to pay 40Baht for 2 πŸ‘πŸ‘ Yeayyy.. The skilled of bargain are really needed here ya guys πŸ˜‚

Experiencing Tuk Tuk

We found the park. A nice small park in the middle of Bangkok city.

Enjoying the scenery viewing Chao Phra Ya river

While seating and enjoying the view, theres an uncle came and standing in front of my travel partner and sharing his experiences.. He told us that we can walked thru the pier.. There have a pedestrian walked and at the end of it we may find Thammasat University.. Follow the road as advise by that uncle, we reached to the junction at the main road.

Again we found a tourist board with an information saying that we are just nearby with Bangkok National Museum πŸ‘πŸ˜‰. So than to save money, we continue the journey by walking. Its tiring but its really good to experience the moment.. I felt that i am really2 a backpackers haahaha.. Okay berangan..  Lol. We arrived to the national museum.. Its free entry..Lucky!

A small entrance just beside the main gate..

I believed we r not into the history of Thailand. Most of us knew that Thailand are very well known with the Buddha and Wat.. We were just snapped a lil bit of pic at the Museum.  Let’s see 😊😊

Done with the National museum we proceed the journey to tbe Wat Saket.. ALmost 3km walked  πŸ˜‚πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚.. All the way on the road, we found some interesting place to take pic πŸ˜‚

I had to climb for 337 of staircase in order to reach top πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚..  Only me alone hike.. Travel buddy dont want to hike.. Its okay as long as we walked together to reach the place.

Then we took Tuk Tuk going back to Khao San road which cost us 70Baht per person.

Night came. We walked and continue the night at Khao San Road. We had our dinner with the street food πŸ‘πŸ‘ nyummeyhhh

On the Day 3..  We had decided to buy a package at the airport yes we admit it quite pricey.. YEahhh we satisfied because we managed to go to our bucketlisted places 😊😊

Bangkok!!!  😘😘 Day 1 : 4th January 2017

At last!!  I managed to go to Bangkok!!  Don’t know why this is the fav and eager place for me to drop by πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ . As all knows, Bangkok is the capital city of Thailand, and the biggest, busiest and most congested city in the country.. Oppss our tourist guide inform us Bangkok are one of the 5 busiest city in the world!!!! 😱😱😱😱. Well known for its vibrant nightlife, beautiful temples and bustling markets. And of course, it is also popular as the place people come in searching for excitement and for me,  I had my own little agenda while in Bangkok– time to take on the heat, the traffic and the hectic craziness. Here’s what I did during my awesome 6 days in the city😘😘

Trip to Bangkok has been planned quite sometimes ago. Bought the plane ticket since August 2016. We were able to get the price rm250 return per pax 😊😊 Big smile because i found this is cheap which dated 4th – 9th January 2017.. I wish this will be a very good start for me in travelling this year 2017. We boarding through AirAsia AK886 from KLIA2-Don Mueang Bangkok exactly at 15.30 Malaysia time..  βœŒ

Arrived in Bangkok we got stucked at the counter to buy the local SIMCARD. We choose TrueMoveH for the ISP during our time in Bangkok.  This is for data usage and also make call cost 299Baht, 1.5GB speed for 7 days usage. Its worth it! Including the free wifi at the hotel, it is more than enough!  πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Œ

299 Baht for 1 week usage Call and data usage 😘😘

We head to the exit but dunno how to get to our hotel at Khao San Road. Then we passed by a small counter which 1 Thai girl explain to the 3 tourist. I can see there’s small written to Khao san road cost 150Baht per person. Cheap isnt it?? 😊😊 We then decided to take the bus to our hotel which located at Khao san road.

Cheaper ticket to Khao San Road 😘😘

40 minutes journey from Don Mueang Airport to Khao San Road is just nice since we r too tired carrying our backpack πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

Done check in.. We stay at Khao San Holiday just beside the Khao San Road.. Fuhhhh the road are really busy with the tourist.. For those who likes to party, here is the right place for u! Haha me?
